Accommodation service provides long-term housing options with round-the-clock assistance for unplanned support outside a participant’s typical daily activities. This includes ad hoc aid within the SIL dwelling when incidental or unexpected assistance is needed.
Our Development-Life Skills service understands how important it is for individuals to feel connected and supported within their community. We provide personalised training for life skills, including public transport, community development, and social and recreational participation. We also provide coaching and training for group participants to increase their independence in daily personal activities.
Our Household Tasks service helps participants maintain a clean and organised home environment. Our trained staff assist with cleaning, washing, and garden maintenance. We are here to lend a helping hand with tasks that may be difficult for the participant to undertake. This allows participants to focus on what matters most while we care for the rest.
Assist-Personal Activities is a service that expertly provides each participant with personal tasks of daily life. We consistently deliver support solutions to create a solid routine for participants to improve their lives. Our services are designed to be helpful, fair, and safe, and we are committed to providing the best possible experience for our participants.
Our Assist Personal Activities High & Complex Supports services are designed to provide expert solutions for individuals with intensive support needs. We help with daily tasks to promote independence. Our solutions are respectful and person-centred, helping participants overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
Our Plan Management service aims to empower participants in managing their funds and plan administration. We assist provider engagement, support direction, service agreements, finances, record-keeping, payments, and NDIA claims. Our goal is to help our clients build their capacity to self-manage their funds and achieve their goals with their NDIS plan.
Our transport solutions are in two forms:
General Transport:
We provide transportation for participants to non-support activities, such as travel to and from appointments or their place of work.
Specialised Transport:
We offer mobile wheelchair-accessible transportation for participants to attend school, educational facilities, employment, or community activities.
Participating in community service activities can greatly enhance the wellbeing of individuals. We encourage individuals to get involved in their communities by participating in events, exhibitions, shows, and local community groups. By doing so, individuals can feel a sense of purpose and fulfilment while positively impacting their community.
